When are you eligible for a refund?
You are eligible for a 100% refund when the products received are damaged or there is a manufacturing error. You can also cancel the order before it is processed and get a 100% refund.
When are you not eligible for a refund?
We are a small company so we don’t offer a refund in case you order the wrong size or change your mind after the order has been processed.
How to apply for a refund?
Once you receive a damaged product or product with a manufacturing error, simply send us an email at [email protected] with the pictures of the damaged product. We will decide the case within one week and you will receive your 100% refund within the next 2 weeks in case your refund application is accepted. In case you are not satisfied with the response by our support team, you can raise another ticket at [email protected]. We will reconsider your application and another team will determine your case. In case it is accepted by another team, you will receive your 100% refund in the next 2 weeks.
